Many years ago my husband and I booked a cruise though a national, well-known travel agency. A few weeks later my husband called in with a question. The person answering his question put him on hold and said something not very nice to a co-worker and included his name. By chance my husband's sister was sitting right there. We had been so excited about booking our cruise that she decided to plan her own trip. Needless to say, that sale never happened.
