Peter’s ability to focus on the positive attributes within each client’s sales organization and take those strengths to the next level permeates all aspects of what PMD brings to their clientele. Peter started his career selling placement and consulting services and has held positions in sales management and executive leadership throughout his 28 years as an “in-the-trenches” sales professional . He and his wife Mary, and their two daughters are residents of Grafton , MA.

Jeannine joined PMD Sales Training & Consulting in December of 2009 with 17 years of progressive recruiting and sales management expertise. Jeannine is responsible for client direct placement and talent acquisition consulting. Her innate ability to focus on the unique attributes of clients and candidates enables her to deliver top quality service to PMD’s customers. Prior to her career with PMD, she managed large fulfillment projects for numerous organizations including Bayer Healthcare, The Hanover Insurance Group, Invensys and Siemens. Johnson holds a Bachelors Degree in Advertising/Public Relations. She, her husband Matt and their three children are residents of Sturbridge, MA.

February 2012 with significant sales success and customer service experience in the mortgage, loan and insurance industries. Mickey’s enthusiasm and engaging personality combined with his strong commitment to quality service are the key elements that brought him to PMD. He was listed on the Forty under 40 list with the Worcester Business Journal in 2011 and has achieved significant sales success in his career. Mickey is responsible for new business development within the primary areas of sales training, sales consulting and direct placement. Mickey has a Bachelors Degree in Finance. He and his wife, Alli, and their son are residents of Worcester, MA.
