Our retained search services provide the highest level of recruiting services from the creation of the initial candidate profile through the final offer stages.  Our retained search benefits companies hiring for high level, confidential and targeted positions.  This service requires a retainer fee of 25% to initiate the search and the remainder of the fee upon hire.  Our retained search services include the creation of a target candidate profile, direct sourcing, thorough pre-screening, DISC assessment reports, reference checking and offer consultation.

Contingent

Our contingent services provide recruiting services for on-going or urgent requirements and produce high quality candidates for entry to mid-level sales positions.  We provide targeted sourcing, thorough candidate screening and offer consultation.  Fees for contingent services are paid only upon the successful hire of a PMD candidate.

Project Management (Hourly)

Our project management (hourly) recruitment services offer great benefits for clients who perhaps have a flow of candidates for urgent positions but need assistance in managing the candidate flow and hiring process (pre-screen and interview candidates, manage submittal and interview process directly with hiring managers, manage offer process, manage applicant tracking systems appropriately).  We bill an hourly fee only for hours worked on your project providing flexible, easy solutions for hiring projects.
